CANCELLATION & LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
Appointment Cancellation
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged the full service fee. Your RMT and Spa Therapist reserve this time exclusively for you, and late cancellations or missed appointments create gaps in their schedule that directly impact their income.
This policy ensures stable and predictable support for our providers, while allowing us to continue serving all clients with optimal level of care. We truly appreciate your time, support, and commitment, and we thank you for extending the same consideration to our therapists.
Late Arrival
We understand unexpected delays may happen. If you expect to be late, please call or text us at 604‑830‑6472 with your estimated arrival time.
Our schedule includes a grace period, and if possible, we will adjust your service to provide the full booked duration. If time does not permit, your treatment will be shortened. Holistic Head Spa services will be billed for the adjusted time, while RMT appointments will be billed for the originally booked duration.
