SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

INTERNATIONAL: We are currently not offering international shipping.
CANADA: We ship all orders within Canada using Canada Post.
Shipping & Rate
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination.
Packaging & Delivery
Items are packaged securely to ensure safe delivery. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours.

Local deliveries: 1-3 business days ( in store pick up is available, please call us to arrange pick up day and time)

Regional deliveries: 2-6 business days

National deliveries: 4-13 business days

Return Policy
To return one or more items from your order, please observe the following conditions:

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.

Items must be unused, unaltered, unwashed, free of harsh fragrance and in their original condition.

All original tags must be attached, and packaging should be intact.

Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return.
Please ensure your items meet these requirements to be eligible for a return. Aloemira Spa reserves the right to refuse any returned products that do not meet the conditions outlined in our return policy. Items that are rejected will be shipped back to the original delivery address. To avoid this, please contact us at info@aloemiraspa.com with any questions or concerns regarding the items you wish to return.
Refund Policy
Once your returned items have been inspected and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for processing. Additional time may be required by your bank or financial institution to reflect the refund on your statement.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Final Sale
All Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return.
Exchange
Aloemira Spa does not offer direct exchanges. To obtain a different item, please return the original merchandise for a full refund and place a new order for your preferred product at your convenience.
