SPA ARRIVAL

Preparing For Your Appointment 

Upon Arrival

  • We recommend arriving 5 minutes early to settle in.

  • To maintain a peaceful environment and protect guest privacy, kindly keep cell phones and electronic devices on silent during your visit.

  • Please take a seat on one of our two benches near the reception area.

  • Remove your shoes; we will provide you with disposable feet coverings and indoor slippers.

  • For hand hygiene purposes, a hot towel will be provided. You are also welcome to use hand sanitizer or wash your hands inside the treatment room.

  • Your spa therapist/RMT will show you to your treatment room and conduct a brief consultation to ensure your concerns are addressed.

  • Change into spa attire.

  • Your treatment and relaxation begin.

  • Get change and meet your therapist outside to be seated and enjoy hot tea while getting your foot massaged on the Cloud massage device.

  • If you booked a head spa service, this is when your hair will be blow-dried. Our blow dry service is a classic, well-kept everyday hair dry. Please inform your therapist if you would like a styled blowout; if time permits, we will accommodate this at no additional cost!

Late Arrival

We understand unexpected delays may happen. If you expect to be late, please call or text us at 604‑830‑6472 with your estimated arrival time. Our schedule includes a grace period, and if possible, we will adjust your service to provide the full booked duration. If time does not permit, your treatment will be shortened. Holistic Head Spa services will be billed for the adjusted time, while RMT appointments will be billed for the originally booked duration.

Dress Code

There is no strict dress code. However, guests will be asked to remove jewelry such as earrings, necklaces, rings, watches, and bangles to allow full access during treatments. For convenience, we suggest arriving without these items. Aloemira Spa is not responsible for lost or misplaced belongings.

Parking

All‑day pay parking is available at low rates around our storefront. We also provide two Aloemira‑reserved stalls at the back, available on a first‑come, first‑served basis. If parking in nearby residential areas, please observe restrictions and avoid side streets marked “Except with Permit.”

Health Awareness

An intake form will be emailed before your appointment. For a relaxed experience, please complete your intake form 24 hour before arriving. Inform us upon arrival of any changes or updates to your health information.
